Two Quantum-Inspired Works Selected for Billion-Year Lunar Archive

We’re honored to share that two of Cat Atom’s artworks—Temple of Entropy and Wave and Particle Duality (Kepler’s Dream)—have been selected for inclusion in the LifeShip Luna Gallery, a permanent art installation on the Moon.

LifeShip, a partner of the Future of Humanity initiative at Art Basel Week 2025, is assembling a select group of visionary creators to contribute to a time capsule of human culture. Cat Atom's works will be preserved on NanoFiche—an archival technology designed to endure for over a billion years—and delivered to the Moon aboard Astrolab’s FLIP Rover, scheduled to launch in late 2025.

Temple of Entropy and Kepler’s Dream explore themes of cosmic order, quantum paradox, and the fragile elegance of existence. Their inclusion in this lunar archive marks a rare fusion of abstract art and space exploration—a poetic gesture toward permanence in an impermanent universe.

This is not merely symbolic. It is a bold extension of humanity’s creative reach—etching our visions into the fabric of deep time.

Stay tuned for more updates as Cat Atom continues to explore the intersection of quantum theory, abstraction, and extraterrestrial expression.
